RECREATION AREA KEY FOB

Please note that key fobs will be distributed to HOMEOWNERS ONLY.

Renters are not permitted to request or pick up key fobs.
The first key fob will be provided to each homeowner at a cost of $10.00.
Additional fobs will be at a cost of $40.00. Maximum of 2 fobs per house.
You will be required to provide a copy of your driver's license for verification of name and Southwind Lakes address. This will need to be confirmed as the correct information in the Superior Association Managements database.
If your address does not match an address within Southwind Lakes, Palm Beach County Property Appraiser will be used as a secondary verification tool and supplemental information may be required.

Payments:

All payments must be made in advance of fob collection.

Collection dates will be communicated via email upon receipt of payment and verification of ownership.

Appointments can be made with Management for alternative payment and collection by emailing beth@superiormgmt.net.

If you lose your key fob, you are responsible for reporting it to management for immediate deactivation. You will be responsible for the use of the fob assigned to you and in the event there is damage to any property within the community or recreation areas by use of your assigned fob, you will be held responsible for such damage, which will be deemed an assessment or special assessment pursuant to Article V of the Declaration.

By signing you are agreeing to follow the rules of the Recreation Areas set forth by the Board of Directors, Palm Beach County Sheriff's office and Palm Beach County Health Department. Key fobs will be distributed to homeowners only at an initial cost of $10.00. Only the Association or its Agents may issue a Key Fob. Key Fobs may not be copied or duplicated, either intentionally or unintentionally, and such will be treated as a violation by the Association. The Association shall have the right to enforce, by any proceeding at law or in equity, all restrictions, conditions, covenants, reservations, liens and charges now or hereafter imposed by the provisions of these Rules and Regulations. Failure by the Association to enforce any rule, covenant, or restriction herein contained shall in no event be deemed as a waiver of the right to do so thereafter. In any such suit, the prevailing party shall also be entitled to recovery of all costs and expenses including court costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are in violation of any of these rules, your use rights may be suspended indefinitely.
