We take pride in our boutique style of management and ability to pair our property managers with each community to ensure an optimal working relationship. Beth Eriksson began with Superior at its inception in 2013 and brings experience with a diverse portfolio of communities… and is eager to get started!
Our goal is to live up to our promises, meet your expectations, and continue the history of success we have had with Southwind Lakes!
A veteran property management professional and long-time President of the West Boca Community Council, Sheri Scarborough is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. After graduating from Kent State University, Sheri moved to South Florida and worked for a large commercial real estate firm managing condominiums, apartments and shopping centers nationwide. Sheri continued her career in property management by opening her own management company in 1992, with Southwind Lakes as her first client! In 2007 Sheri sold her firm and joined Prime Management. After a short while, Sheri realized why so many clients came and went—they wanted personal attention that only a smaller management company could provide, therefore, Superior Association Management was founded.
Sheri also serves as Chair of the Palm Beach County Zoning Commission and has served on the Boca Raton Airport Authority Aviation Advisory Committee, Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Community Advisory Board, The Boca Raton Promise Board of Directors, as well as many other community boards and organizations.
